Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Involveestimate Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Involveestimate Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Involveestimate Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@involveestimate.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If you are not satisfied with our reply, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
